New Safety Info

For the past 20 years, safety has been the number 1 priority for our team. That remains unchanged in 2021!

We will follow all the appropriate guidelines and requirements from the state and local authorities. We will work tirelessly to do our best to keep everyone safe and healthy. While this may change, here is what we know it will likely look like:

  • Limited attendance. While we would love to gather all 40,000+ together once again, it is best to limit the size, based on the venue, to a more manageable size of 13,000-15,000.
  • Online option. If you fall into a high-risk category or have not received your vaccine, we encourage you to experience The FEST at Home for one more year. There are multiple ways to stay involved.
  • Hand washing. We will have additional hand washing stations available along with hand sanitizer and wipes.
  • Cleaning. We will be sure to reasonably clean and disinfect all hard surfaces before the start of the event.
  • Communication:
      • We will make regular announcements during the event reminding attendees of best practices.
      • We will stay in regular communications with all relevant local and state authorities.
