RAFFLE TICKET PURCHASES:

If you purchased raffle tickets, they will be mailed to the address provided within 2 weeks, as well as entered into our FEST Raffle!

Raffle tickets purchased after July 20th will not be mailed. Be assured you have been entered in the raffle and do not need a ticket in hand to win. Your ticket stub is dropped into the ticket cage and ready to be pulled the night of The FEST at 7:00 pm! If you would like a faxed copy of the ticket, please call Caitlin at 216.202.3040.

PARKING PASS PURCHASES:  

If you purchased a FEST Parking Pass, it will be mailed to you via USPS in late July. On FEST day, please make sure this tag is hanging prominently from your rearview mirror. Enter the FEST grounds and follow the directions of our Parking Volunteers.  This pass cannot be re-sold. No Refunds will be issued.  
*Please Note, your parking spot will only be held until 6:30pm on FEST day.*
